Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at THE MEXICAN WAY INC. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

• Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
• Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring that all customers receive a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
• Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that all areas are clean and hygienic.
• Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent client focus.

• Language of Work: English.
• Working Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
