Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Spark Lifecare. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality nursing care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. Your expertise will enable our clients to receive the support they need to live comfortably and safely in their own environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized nursing care to clients, including wound care, medication management, and personal hygiene.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and caregivers.

Requirements

  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Standard level C certification.
  • Smartphone with a data plan.
  • Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 12 months).
