Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Dishroom Assistant to join our team at Noodlebox Langford. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom area. This includes operating dishwashers, washing and sanitizing dishes and equipment by hand, and stocking refrigerators and salad bars.

Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment by hand
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning products
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sharpen kitchen knives
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach. You will also need to be available to work 37-40 hours per week.
