Promise Robotics seeks a highly skilled System Analyst to drive efficiency and scalability in our smart factory operations through simulation modeling, production data analysis, and optimization techniques.

  • Simulation Modeling: Design, develop, validate, and continuously refine detailed simulation models in FlexSim to optimize workflows for production, logistics, and site installation of factory products.
  • Collaboration and Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing challenges and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Communication: Provide recommendations and insights based on simulation findings and production data to enhance automation and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Industrial or Construction Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years with FlexSim, AnyLogic, or similar discrete event simulation software.
  • Skills: Strong skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, production performance tracking, programming languages like Python, C++, or VBA for Excel macros.
