TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Assistant Site Superintendent - Finishing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of high-rise construction projects in the GTA. Your expertise in finishing amenities and units will be invaluable in delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of leading teams and overseeing complex projects. You will be expected to work closely with the site superintendent, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the site superintendent in addressing productivity issues and monitoring employee and subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with the project construction schedule and establish systems to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Implement and complete the suite construction inspection and deficiency rectification program prior to PDI
- Create and forecast schedules to identify efficiencies and time savings in construction and suite matrix timelines
- Manage deficiency tracking and resolution, ensuring all suite deficiencies are rectified within one week of reporting
