About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Peter & Greg Walker Contracting Inc. as a key member of our roofing crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair roofing systems on commercial and residential properties, ensuring a watertight seal and compliance with industry standards.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or masonry surfaces, both above and below ground level, to prevent water damage and erosion.
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools, ensuring a secure and durable finish.
  • Erect and install scaffolding and other working platforms to facilitate safe and efficient roofing work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete roofing projects on time and within budget, maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in roofing, with a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.
  • Permanent employment with a reputable company, offering a stable and secure work environment.
  • English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week of work, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
