Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at DXB Logistics Inc. in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. They will also oversee payroll administration, plan and control budget and expenditures, and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Oversee payroll administration, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that the sales team operates within budget.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Manage events and oversee the planning and execution of sales-related activities.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and electronic mail.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. They will be required to work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently.
