- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management
- Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that they are within budget.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 35 to 40 hours per week
