Pizza Maker

Perry's 2 For 1 Pizza & Pasta is seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be expected to work well under pressure, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
