Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate - Oversee the work of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Management - Coordinate and schedule maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and new installations.
  • Training and Development - Provide training and support to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
  • Materials and Supplies - Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Personnel Management - Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
  • Communication - Maintain effective communication with staff, management, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience - 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Language - English.
  • Work Hours - 40 hours per week.
