Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Western Urethane (1995) Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Availability to work overtime as required.
