About the Role
  • This full-time position involves working on-site, utilizing computer-aided design (CADD) software and operating various machinery to create custom kitchen cabinets.
  • You will be responsible for supervising other workers, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and adhering to quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Create detailed plans and specifications for kitchen cabinet production.
  2. Operate CADD software and other computer systems to design and optimize cabinet layouts.
  3. Assemble and trim joints, ensuring precise fits and reinforcing connections.
  4. Sand wooden surfaces, apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, and prepare laminated plastics.
  5. Maintain accurate records of materials, costs, and labor hours.
  6. Supervise and assist other workers as needed.
  7. Estimate material costs and lead times to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in woodworking, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
