We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and income tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Accounting Software: Maintain and update accounting software, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable modules.
  • MS Excel and Word: Utilize MS Excel and Word to prepare financial reports, statements, and other documents.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets to track financial data and perform financial analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial statement preparation and analysis. Proficient in accounting software, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
