Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BEST BITE PIZZA LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food preparation team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately forecast ingredient and supply needs to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our rigorous quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our culinary genres and menu offerings.
  • Tray Assembly: Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal team performance.
