We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Staff Member to join our team at Bluenose II Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate required.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
