Park Inn Motel is seeking a motivated and organized Front desk hospitality specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
Job Description:
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures while ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Offer recommendations on local attractions and points of interest to foster a positive guest experience.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal hotel operations.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to respond to guest inquiries.
- Assist guests with special needs by providing exceptional customer service.
- Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls and provide updates on their stay.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field of employment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
