About the PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Clerk in Dorval. This role involves providing customer service, searching and locating required parts, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and previous experience in parts sales. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset in this role.
Job Responsibilities- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to part sales
- Search and locate required parts in supplier systems to meet customer demands
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting and storing parts
- Follow up on orders and deliveries with customers to ensure timely receipt of parts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in parts sales is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
