About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services. This is a permanent full-time position, with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's logistics.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Oversee the work of 5-10 people, train them in duties and policies, and arrange training sessions as needed.
  • Manage Inventory and Resources: Organize and maintain inventory, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
