Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's logistics.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Oversee the work of 5-10 people, train them in duties and policies, and arrange training sessions as needed.
- Manage Inventory and Resources: Organize and maintain inventory, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Coordinate Tasks and Workloads: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and effective use of resources.
