About the Role:
At IMPACT Health, we are seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team. As a Physiotherapy Specialist, you will be responsible for administering evaluative tests, assessing patients' physical abilities, and examining patients to make informed decisions on tests and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer evaluative tests to assess patients' physical abilities
- Examine patients to make informed decisions on tests and procedures
- Assess patients' physical abilities to develop effective treatment plans
- Supervise technical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Plan physiotherapy programs to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Maintain accurate clinical and progress reports to track patient progress
- Confer with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Support for Persons with Disabilities:
- Provide physical accessibility accommodations to ensure equal access to healthcare services
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
- Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition to ensure they can practice their profession
Support for Youths:
- Offer on-the-job training tailored to the unique needs of youth
Work Environment:
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
