We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Kento Windows & Doors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our products.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Paint Mixing: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, adhering to our quality standards.
- Application: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, meeting our quality and safety standards.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You must be willing to travel to various locations and work on-site with customers.
Requirements- Education: A certificate or diploma in a related trade is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors. You must be able to bend, crouch, and kneel regularly.

- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
