We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at MTA Corporation. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational and publicity programs to promote our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and deliver educational programs, materials, and sessions to engage and inform students about our academic offerings.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to raise awareness about our programs.
- Client Support: Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive experience.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies and improve program effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
