Job Description
This position involves joining our head office team in Toronto, ON, where you will work closely with the Financial Controller. As a summer intern, you will participate in the rotational program, gaining hands-on experience with financial aspects of mine closure. You will develop a deeper understanding of how financial reporting and analysis impact business decisions, driving efficiency and creating positive outcomes for communities and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in monthly financial reporting process
• Assist in budgeting cycle and financial analysis
• Coordinate with project managers for data review and forecasting
• Support procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and legacy supplier vetting

Requirements
You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Relevant work, co-op, or research experience is considered an asset. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also beneficial.
