About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Senior Vice President, Asset Management. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing our freight brokerage and 3PL services, working closely with our sales team and clients to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Establish the strategic direction of our Freight Brokerage division, in partnership with our executive team, to drive growth and deliver on performance and financial results.
  • Carrier Management: Oversee the development of a stable quality of carriers throughout North America to handle business outside our fleet, building and maintaining networks and professional relationships with rail and intermodal service providers.
  • Business Development: Work closely with our Corporate VP of Supply Chain and team to capture business and minimize the use of outside 3 and 4PL providers.
  • Operational Excellence: Meet negotiated rates and services with all Freight Brokerage service providers, ensuring compliance with our requirements.
