Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at Avi Construction. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel and work in various locations
