We're looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc.. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with our business objectives.\
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making on compensation and benefits.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.\
  • Manage HR transactions, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.\
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.\
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.\
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders on compensation and benefits metrics.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
  • Skills and Qualifications\
    • \
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.\
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.\
    • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.\
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.\
    • Audit and analytics skills.\
    • Experience with HRIS systems and software.\
    • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.\
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\
    • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.\
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\
    • Certifications such as CHRP or CPHR are considered assets.\
    • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.\
