Job Summary

Chances Prince Rupert is seeking a highly skilled Security & Facility Manager to oversee the physical security, security management, information security, cybersecurity, and network security of our premises. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the maintenance program on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee physical security, security management, information security, cybersecurity, and network security on a daily basis
  • Manage the maintenance program on site to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on security procedures and protocols
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security management
Requirements
  • Physical Security and Security Management skills
  • Experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of Network Security
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
