Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Record Coordinator to join our team at AJP Facility Contract Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to identify any discrepancies.
  • Prepare trial balance of books to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Dependability, organized, and accurate.
  • Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
