Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plant Machinery Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at NuAge Foam Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including inspections, repairs, and replacements
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in plant machinery
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity
  • Work in confined spaces, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in plant machinery maintenance or a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with exposure to machinery installation, maintenance, service, repair, and machine set-up. The work site environment includes confined spaces, and the work setting requires attention to detail and physical capabilities.
