Overview

Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant division. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly organized individual with experience in managing multiple locations to oversee the operational aspects of our restaurants, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and employee supervision.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of food quality, and implementing efficient procedures to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • You will also collaborate with our kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes, as well as manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
  • Proven track record of improving sales growth, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
