Job Title: Carpenter Specialist

At J & L Oliver Enterprises Inc., we are seeking a skilled Carpenter Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Work Site Environment:

* Maintenance and repair

Responsibilities:

* Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
* Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
* Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
* Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
* Survey building locations and levels
* Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
