Job Responsibilities:

As a Relief Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of medication dispensing. This includes preparing and controlling medications, managing inventory levels, and counseling patients on new medications. You will also be responsible for creating awareness and educating customers through public relations initiatives. Additionally, you will provide timely and positive resolution to patients' needs and doctors' requests/issues, while reviewing and controlling costs within the dispensary. Furthermore, you will provide ongoing training for new and existing pharmacy colleagues. Your responsibilities will also include building business using community-based marketing strategies and utilizing your problem-solving skills to formulate and execute action plans.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist's license. You should possess superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism. Excellent leadership and performance management skills are also required. You should be able to build business using community-based marketing strategies and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans, are essential. Finally, you should have strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems is a definite asset.
