Cargo Agent Role at PAL Airlines

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cargo Agent to join our team at PAL Airlines. As a Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for handling cargo operations, providing customer support, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to cargo inquiries and provide freight quotes
• Accept small freight, issue waybills, and handle cargo
• Provide internal and external customer support
• General accounting and completion of daily sales reports
• Process cargo for shipping based on customer needs
• Perform general office and warehouse duties as required
• Operate forklift

Requirements:

• Completion of High School
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Ability to perform duties related to cash sales and POS system
• Previous experience in customer service would be an asset
• Ability to lift weight handling up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
