Job Title: Cook

Join Chichago Deep Dish Pizza as a Cook and be part of our dynamic kitchen team As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
