Job Title: Community Programs Director

Save A Family Plan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Programs Director to lead our community programs team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering programs of non-governmental organizations involved with social issues, directing and advising professional and non-professional staff, and establishing administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer programs of non-governmental organizations involved with social issues
  • Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff
  • Establish administrative procedures
  • Manage operations and activities of social and community centers, correctional facilities, and detention centers
  • Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment
  • Represent organizations for government liaison and media relations
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in community programs management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:
  • Hybrid work arrangement (remote and in-office)
  • 30 hours per week
