Job Title: Hydro Vac Operator

CEDA is seeking a skilled Hydro Vac Operator to join our team in Nanticoke, Ontario. As a Hydro Vac Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining vacuum trucks, high pressure/water trucks, and other equipment in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain vacuum trucks, high pressure/water trucks, and other equipment
  • Work safely at heights up to 100 meters in a labor-intensive capacity
  • Ensure safety for all team members and property
  • Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision
  • Complete required paperwork for unit pre-trip, inspections, job reports, and safety documents
Requirements:
  • Valid Class DZ license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years
  • Experience with Fluid Hauling, Vacuum, and High Pressure in an industrial environment is an asset
  • Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Able to travel throughout Region, and be available for on-call (flexibility in scheduling is required)
