CFO Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at GV Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and providing strategic financial planning to support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our financial resources.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Supervise and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the effective delivery of financial services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions
