Job Summary:

This is a skilled craftsmanship position responsible for assembling, sizing, repairing, and finishing fine jewelry to predetermined quality and production standards using cutting, milling, grinding, welding or open flame soldering, polishing and electroplating equipment in a cell environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, size, repair, and finish fine jewelry to meet quality and production standards
  • Operate cutting, milling, grinding, welding or open flame soldering, polishing and electroplating equipment
  • Work in a cell environment to impact multiple merchandise streams, including new assembly, refurbish, customer warranty, and Ecommerce sales
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production and quality targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Ability to complete a skill assessment test
  • Experience polishing, cleaning or electroplating jewelry
  • 2+ years' experience in jewelry repair or Trade School
  • Gemology Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Knowledge of precision tools, machinery and equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation
  • Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work
  • Basic computer skills
