Steakhouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual Chilliwack. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining areas.

This is a permanent full-time position with 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in food service management, a secondary school graduation certificate, and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensuring seamless operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
• SUPERVISING and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize business performance.
• Preparing and submitting reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
• Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

This role requires someone who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
