Project Overview:
We are engaged in a large-scale, multi-year project involving the blasting and painting of industrial steel for modular units used in the construction of a massive facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial painting tasks, including surface preparation and application of coatings.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Ensure surfaces are properly prepared, coatings are applied accurately, and quality standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Journeyman or Apprentice level in Industrial Coatings Applicator.
- Experience in industrial or commercial coatings, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- NACE Level 2 certification is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
