- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, including car care products and detailing services.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Procurement: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and train new staff members as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
