**About the Role:**

We're seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team as a Staff Fullstack Developer. In this role, you'll work closely with our front-end teams to support and extend existing systems, applying innovative ways and technologies to reach our goals.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with management to build consensus across the organization and provide guidance
* Work with large language models providers and AI, prompt engineering, and A/B testing experimentation
* Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team and across the teams
* Ensure software delivered is high quality, measurable, and maintainable
* Write engineering proposals for the team's biggest projects and provide feedback for major architectural decisions
