- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Inventory Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, providing ongoing training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience in retail management, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
- Work Setting: Rural area, retail business.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
