Drive Business Performance with Data-Driven Media Strategies

At Dentsu International, we're on a mission to deliver transformative business outcomes through data-driven media strategies. As the Director of Media Effectiveness, you'll lead a cross-disciplinary team of data analysts and media effectiveness analysts to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients, investment, and audience leads to set strategy and develop measurement frameworks
  • Create a learning agenda, structure for reporting, and provide thought leadership
  • Deliver ongoing guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the analytics business for a portfolio of clients
  • Advise clients on econometrics and attribution of their media directly to their media planning & business efforts
  • Collaborate across the Dentsu network to bring in automation and support clients in complex analytics projects
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analysis, Media, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with a focus in media or digital
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of all planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics
  • Experience with Data Visualization software and dashboard building
  • Expertise in relational databases and programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, or Python)
