Overview of the Position

This role involves performing various housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and general maintenance of our facilities. As a Housekeeper Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the building are clean, tidy, and free of clutter.



Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the building, including offices, meeting rooms, and common areas
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and responding promptly to requests
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation


Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, such as housekeeping or janitorial work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and supplies


Compensation and Benefits
