We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team at Weston Construction Inc.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete finishes on various construction projects. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
• Operating power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure optimal density.
• Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
• Applying desired finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Ensuring surfaces are waterproof, damp-proof, and restored to their original condition.

• At least 1 year of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

This role requires working on-site at construction locations, with frequent exposure to dust, noise, and extreme weather conditions.

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
