Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Linguistics Professor to teach an Introduction to Syntax course at the University of Ottawa. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Linguistics with specialization in syntax and experience in teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach an Introduction to Syntax course to undergraduate students
  • Develop and implement a syllabus that meets the course learning objectives
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Contribute to the development of the Linguistics program at the University of Ottawa

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Linguistics with specialization in syntax
  • Experience in teaching and research in Linguistics
