Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Business Advisors to maximize sales, member experience, business development, and operational performance
- Ensure the team provides needs-based solutions to business members, aligning with Conexus risk appetite
- Foster and retain Conexus business through relationship development with businesses
- Approve credit applications in alignment with adjudication policies and procedures
- 5 years' experience in complex business lending
- 2 years' experience in people leadership
- Advanced knowledge and application of commercial business systems
- CSI Moody's Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC) or willingness to obtain this designation
We offer a competitive salary range of $88,380 - $126,250 with 17% Short Term Incentive Target, as well as a range of benefits and perks designed to support your success and well-being.
