We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room department at Wrinch Memorial Hospital. As a Perioperative Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our perioperative nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the perioperative setting
- Collaborate with the OR Charge nurse and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in the development and implementation of perioperative nursing policies and procedures
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on perioperative nursing best practices
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Post-basic training and/or one year's recent related clinical experience in an OR/PACU setting
- Current up-to-date immunization record
- Successful completion of Criminal Record Check
- ACLS preferred

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
