About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Manage the store's cash handling and inventory processes, including operating the cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Support: Support sales efforts by maintaining a visually appealing store environment, restocking shelves, and promoting products to customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, reconciling inventory, and maintaining store appearance.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the position.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 12 to 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
