- Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer generous cross-coverage options to allow for impromptu long weekends or longer holidays.
- Outstanding Support Staff: Our clinic has a dedicated and knowledgeable team of office managers and medical office assistants, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Reduced Workload: We have a team of full-time Registered Nurses who provide in-clinic phlebotomy, suture removal, wound care, and other services, reducing your workload and allowing you to focus on patient care.
- Signing Bonus: We offer a $20,000 signing bonus for a 3-year commitment of 4 office days per week (prorated for part-time).
- Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) Benefits: You may be eligible for additional remuneration, including a Recruitment Incentive, Relocation Costs Reimbursement, Retention Premium, and Rural CME benefits.
